1. OPEN A DISPUTE RESOLUTION REQUEST.

We work hard to develop procedures to be sure contracts are honored and all our tenants, owners and vendors are treated fairly and we strictly follow all laws. If you’ve had a bad experience, we appreciate the opportunity to know more about your situation and prevent it in the future.

 

2. WE WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU.

Within two business days of your submission, a representative from our senior management team will contact you. Be sure to complete this form as completely as possible. We’ll keep your concern private while working toward a solution. If you’re a tenant, take some time to review your lease as well.

 

3. MEETING TO DISCUSS A RESOLUTION.

After we’ve had appropriate time to review the situation, and interview those involved, as well as review pertinent information, we will review all the information, and schedule a time to meet to work through a resolution. We appreciate the opportunity to amicably work toward a resolution.
